outlook

I had to reload all software on my computer because of problems. When I
click on the outlook icon nothing happens. It did open once but after I
entered new mail identies I can't open now.

MS Outlook, (or Office) have an item in Add/Remove to "Change" , then, "Detect and Repair"

If you mean Outlook Express, Search for msoe50.inf (The default location is C:\Windows\Inf folder) Right click the Msoe50.inf file,
and click Install. Insert XP CD when prompted, Browse to the I386 folder, click Open, then OK.
