Outlook Xp slow to open inbox

Hi

I'm using outlook Xp to connect to Exchange 2003 and it's slow to open up
the inbox. Seems to connect OK and the folder view is displayed straight
away, just the inbox is taking 3-4 minutes to display messages. However i've
tried it on a outlook 2003 PC and it works fine. Apart from upgrading all
the PCs to 2003 has anyone any idears??
