Hi,
I might post the similar question before, since I don't get any answers and
still have the problem, I really like this can't be solved.
Some of our remote users are with High speed, the steps to get in the
outlook is
1.they login to the laptop by using their regular NT login,
2.run the high speed access program to get the internet connection,
3.get on our VPN, open the outlook
4. choose either connect or work offline, if they choose connect, the
outlook will work for them, just slow opening, if they choose work offline,
send/receive will give them error" 0x8004011D" which means no permission. It
didn't take the NT login. It seems that internet login name overwrote.....?
For those users who has router or cable at home, they don't have to run
internet access program, once they login the computer, they've already had
internet connection, then they get on VPN to access the outlook, both
connect and work offline work well.
I'm thinking that the only difference is how to get on the internet, really
frustrating, I prefer they are working offline , that way is faster.
Much appreciate with any helps.
