Outlook won't Synch with iTunes Says Outlook not installed - But i

I am running Windows XP Professional, and Outlook 2003 on a home network. I
have the fifth generation Video iPod and iTunes version 6.0.1.3. When signed
on as myself (a user) I get the message "Outlook must be installed in order
to Synchronize Calendar" in the iPod options box. But Outlook is installed
and I have it fully functioning. However if I sign onto the computer as the
Administrator the error message dissappears and you are able to synch your
calendar.

What I would like to be able to do is synch my iPod with my Outlook Calendar
while signed on as a user, not an administrator.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!!!
