can I view my home outlook account at work (gave Verizon DSL ISP)

I just got an ipod and would like to be able to sync calendar but usually use
a yahoo email address for home email, have outlook and would be willing to
set it up to allow me to use outlook calendar and sync to ipod. Currently
use Yahoo calendar and don't sync to anything.
