Outlook won't synch just with Calendar

I use my new Blackberry Curve with a work account. I am trying to use it
with Outlook 2003 at home and everything has synched just fine - but not the
Calendar.

I do have wireless synch from my work account to another blackberry and am
not sure if that is part of the problem - but am not sure why would that
impact only the Calendar?

Any suggestions about how I can rectify this?
