outlook won't send or recieve

My outlook 2003 wont send or recieve even after a reinstall. It has been
running for over a year no problems now nothing.

Hello,

Check if (by mistake) you enabled this option: Disable Scheduled
Send/Receive. This option overrides the Send/Receive Group settings. Go on
the Tools->Send/Receive menu, point to Send/Receive Settings, and then make
sure that Disable Scheduled Send/Receive option is not check marked.
