Outlook Won't Send Attachments

I recently reformatted my HD and reinstalled all my programs. Everything
seems to work just fine, except that attachments in Outlook messages do not
seem to get sent. I'm running Symantec AV, but this happens even with the
AV software turned off. I've downloaded all the MS updates, both for Office
and the OS. I checked with my ISP and they see the messages come through
without the attachments.

Any ideas?

Symantec Internet Security / NAV 9.05.15

I a, having the same problems. The only difference is that
I am also running Zonw Alarm. Any help would be
appreciated?
