outlook wont print attachment details - HELP??

Hi

We have a few copies of office 2003 here and all except one will prin
the attachment details (ie file names) on the printout (ie when yo
simply print an email in memo format)

I've searched high and low for an option or tickbox but I cant figur
out how to get it to work.......................HELP!!!

P.S. I've also tried running outlook in cleanviews and firstrun mode
with no success. :
