Outlook Calendar - Details print

I am stumped,

Outlook 2003

In the past all our users will use the "Calendar Details Style" to print the
details section of the calendar. To date we did not know of any other style
that would print this.

We have one user who was printing using the Daily Style and getting their
information that was entered into the details of the calendar.. We proved
from old printouts and looking into the calendar entries that indeed the
daily style print was printing the calendar details, for the last year, and
now it won't. We are trying to see what was turned on or off.

It does not seem to be anything third party that we know of, could it be an
office SP1?

Any assistance in sheding light on this would be appreciated.

Check their View of the Calendar before you print - maybe if you use Day
Week Month with AUTOPREVIEW you'll get the details.

I get the same as you are now experiencign with no option to turn on details
in Daily Style.

view
arrange by
current view
day/week/month with autopreview

can you see it in print preview and a printout?

yes. the problem though is that Printing is view dependant.the text needs to
be visible in the view for it to be in the print which might mean changing
the appointment time to a longer one so the view of the appointment is
"bigger" and can show the details.
