Outlook won't open

When I tried to open Outlook 2003 (after using it for months) it said it had
an error opening it as follows:
1 - Business Contact Manager encountered a problem & needs to close down
2 - Outlook failed to start correctly last time. Starting outlook in safe
mode will help you correct or isolate a startup problem in order to
successfully start the program. ASome functionality will be disabled in this
mode.
3 - If I say yes, then outlook failed to launch in safe mode would you like
to start Detect & Repair
4 - yes, but nothing changes -- I still get this cycle in trying to access
Outlook.
5 - I repeatedly get the 1st business Contact Manager error

HELP -- I have mail in Outlook that I need to access AND I want to use
outlook again.
