Business contact manager

M/s outlook won't open. I get the following message. I installed a webcam but
problem didn't arise until 36 hours later despite several uses. Happened once
before after installing Norton package. Messages are as follows:
Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you wre working on
might be lost.

Box (ticked) Restart Business Contact manager

1. Do you *use* Outlook Business Contact Manager? If not, go to Control
Panel>Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it.

2. If you a) use Outlook Business Contact Manager; 2) or uninstalling it
doesn't fix Outlook, post in one of the Outlook newsgroups where you'll get
the attention of Outlook experts. This newsgroup is for new users of the
Windows XP operating system.
