I have two email account on outlook. Everything was fine then when I
eliminated archieving I started having problems with opening my emails with
one of my accounts. I see them but I can't open them. It says I need to
downloan them first but they won't download and open. There is a small Icon
one the left side of the column but I can't read it, almost like an envelope
or paper folded over. Please help it is hurting my business.

Have you marked those messages to download and then run
Tools>Send/Receive>Process All Marked headers? Right now, you've downloaded
only the headers.

I tried doing the steps you mentioned but nothing happens. Plus I have too
many to do. All of the emails
are coming in this way.

What version of Outlook are you using?
