Outlook won't let me change the keyboard language to anything oth.

If I start a new e-mail, the keyboard language is automatically changed to
English, and I'm not able to change to anything other than English (I also
have Russian and Estonian languages installed). If I click on Estonian or
Russian in the language band, nothing happens. It's really annoying.

I have a similar problem--whenever I click on 'new mail message' in
Outlook, the blank message form appears and the language in the bottom
bar is "English". However, when I 'reply' to an inbound email, the
language in the bottom bar is "Slovene", and I can't get Outlook to
default to English for replies. Unlike you, however, I can
double-click "Slovene" in the bottom bar and change it to "English".
