Outlook won't display email right

I have a client that is running Exchange 5.5 and using Office/Outlook 2003.
When they open Outlook, the main page will display their emails in the
preview window. However, when they double click on a message to bring it up
by itself, the header information (To:, From: Subject, etc) is all there, but
the body of the message (which is viewable in preview mode) is completely
empty.

Has anyone else experienced this situation? If so, how did you fix it. As
best as I know, all users are up to date with updates on their PCs, and the
Exchange server is up to date also.

I mis-spoke. This problem is occuring with users off site accessing the mail
via Internet Explorer and Outlook Web Access. I'm trying to access a users
email, and can log in using IE7 (they get the same results on IE6) and when I
open a message, the body is blank, even though I'm looking at it in the
preview window.
