Outlook Won't close

I have a problem with Outlook not closing. We are running Exchange 2003 and
Outlook 2000. One particular user has a problem that their Outlook won't
close. I have logged in on a different PC with their details and the same
problem happens, so I beleive this is not a local problem and something. Has
anybody a resolution apart from deleting their account and starting again?
