Is there a way to install and run Outlook without Microsoft
Exchange server? If not, is there maybe another program
that manages predefined messages. So we will be reminded by
this software of tasks at a predefined date and time.

You do not need the Exchange server to run Outlook.

You can use any ISP and then install in Internet Mode or
just use Outlook alone with no ISP.
