Outlook Will not Stay Open

Hello all,
I have been running Office XP with SP-3 for a while now.
Today I tried to open up Outlook and it will no longer
stay open. I attempt to open the executable and it opens
for a second and then displays an error. I have tried to
repair office and uninstall re-install. Any ideas as to
what is going on with this??
