Outlook will not run

Have a new computer & am trying to setup Outlook. Using XP. Computer is on a
LAN.
Get message: Unable to open your default e-mail folder. The DLL file for
the information service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load
information Services PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed &
configured.
Any ideas what I'm supposed to do with this?

Hi Al,
To solve this problem please create a new Profile
 
Thank you for your reply. In order to set up a new profile, doesn't Outlook
have to be running? It will not open at all.
