Outlook will not load

I am running both Office 2000 pro and Office 2003 pro.
Outlook 2003 will no longer load. When I try to ask MS
about the problem they tell me I must first open Outlook
2003 and get the product number -- I CAN'T OPEN OUTLOOK
2003 IN THE FIRST PLACE.

search google for a free tool called keyfinder. run it on
your computer and it will tell you the product key for
your operating system and your installations of office.

Hi,

Do you mean to say that you have multiple versions of Outlook ? If that
is the case, its not advisable. Please try removing Outlook 2000 and then
try to access Outlook 2003. Else remove both Office 2000 and Office 2003 and
then reinstall just Office 2003 and see if that helps you open your Outlook.
