Outlook webmail notification

Is it possible to send a notification to a different email account when an
email is received in the Oulook webmail account? We use XP and have a 2003
Exchange Server. We don't want to forward the email - just send notification
letting him know that he has new mail in his webmail account.

You can create a rule for that but you might need to use Outlook for that to
configure.

I can only see rules for forwarding not notification or alerts.

How do I set up a custom action? Maybe that would help?
