Outlook Web Access problem

When checking e-mail through Outlook Web Access (Exchange
2003) in Internet Explorer 6.0, the messages show up
fine, but folder icons appear with no text beside them
and none of the menus (new, reply, send, etc) show up -
in main window or when opening an e-mail message. What
can be done to fix this?

Hi - this is an Outlook newsgroup, and OWA is part of Exchange, so I suggest
you post this in microsoft.public.exchange.admin for more help.

Include the following info -

Does it work fine from inside your LAN? As in, does this happen for all
external users accessing OWA?
Is your network using a firewall or proxy server?
Are you using SSL?
Are you using SBS?

This is only happening to one user. He's off-site and
he's logging into exchange server to view e-mails.

A few things that probably need to be done and are pretty
simple would be...

Make sure the OS is up to date on updates.
Clear IE Cache/Cookies/Temporary Files.
Check another web mail interface, more than likely you
will have this issue with other secure sites.

Check the obvious and let us know what happens. If that
does not work I can give you some other more specific
solutions.
