Outlook web access is deleting my email - help

When I use my Outlook Web Access, as of the last 2 weeks
when I close
a message window, the message gets deleted. Gone. Not even
in the
deleted mail folder. Why is this happening and what do I
do to stop
it?

are you sure it's deleted? The most common cause is a view that hides read
messages.

Where is that control found? I don't see it on the Web
Access options page. And all the setting are the same as
they always have been, and the same as on other peoples
accounts that don't have the same problem.

Which version of Exchange server do you use? The View selector should be on
the toolbar.
