Outlook Web Access giving Outlook 2000 SR-1 Error

User says he can receive mail via Outlook Web Access, but
he can't send or reply and gets an error saying something
to the effect of "Microsoft Outlook 2000 SR-1 must be
installed via cd....please insert". Not the exact error
message, but close to it.

Anybody got a clue about this one? Much appreciated...

Same problem here; anyone have a clue? This doesn't happen on a PC
that has Outlook 2003 & Web components installed - possibly linked
there?
