Outlook 2000 SR-1: Disable New Email System Tray Icon

Version of Outlook : MS Outlook 2000 SR-1
Problem : How to disable the new email system tray icon ?

Outlook 2002 and 2003 has an option to disable this under Advanced Email
options, but I am not able to find how I can disable this in Outlook 2000
SR-1, without using any specific add-ins.

Please note I will not be able to upgrade the version or install any add-ins
as this is a computer in Corporate workgroup.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
