outlook web access and sending documents attached.

Hi when i try sending someone a document via outlook web access the
recipient complains some of the text comes out in funny characters.
What can cause this thx.

Character set being used? Nothing should be happening with the attachment
itself unless a virusscanner goes nuts with it.

Note that OWA is not part of Outlook but of Exchange and thus questions
related to OWA can be posted in an Exchange newsgroup.
