Outlook using POP3

client: Outlook 2000
server: Exchange 5.5 sp4

I have an customer that is using Outlook2000 POP3
configured to "not" leave messages on the server to check
his email. There is 85 messages in his mailbox on the
server. Is there anyway for force his POP3 client to
download those messages?

ps: exchange mode is not an option with this customer and
I've explained to him that POP3 can be very flakey at
times.
 
No, he has to connect to the server and download them - Exchange doesn't go
looking for his computer to initiate the d/l.
