Export Outlook POP3 to Outlook 2007

Is there an easy way to export Outlook 2007 POP3 pst mail into Outlook 2007
that is now using our Exchange server. I've configured Outlook client to
point to the new server I want to migrate the old mail over. I've seen
articles on how this gets done if originally using Outlook Express but not
POP3 internet mail.

Thanks,

Within outlook, File>Open>Data File.......browse to and open the pst
(the pst should be located on the workstation, not network)

Thanks, correct me if I am wrong but if I do it your way the PST (mail ) is
still local on the PC, I want to import it into outlook client so that it is
sitting inside my mailbox on the exchange server.

Once you have connected to the Exchange server and the pst-file, you can
copy the messages from your pst-file to the Exchange server. Once everything
is copied you can disconnect the pst-file again via File-> Data File
Management...
