Outlook Update wiped out previous email account

Updating to Outlook express 6, completely wiped out my
previous emails, including inbox, sent items and deleted
items. How can I retreive them?

Hi,

Search for the .dbx files on your computer and then import them into
your current Outlook Express. Remember to search in Hidden Files and
Folders.
