Look under Outlook's Tools->Options->Other->Advanced. Under COM add-ins or
Add-in Manager, you should find a file that references McAfee. Uncheck it
and you should be fine.
If that does not work, close OUtlook, find and rename extend.dat to .old
and reopen Outlook.
