Error Message about Outlook Scan

This just started recently.
When I open Outlook I get the following message
"Add In "Outlook Scan" (c:\program Files (x86)\Mcafee\virusscan
enterprise\scanotlk.dll cannot be loaded & has been disabled by Outlook.
Contact Add-in Mfg for update. If no update available, uninstall Add-in."

My company installed a Mcafee security program last year and it has worked
fine. Now all of a sudden I am getting this message. I don't know how to
correct this problem. Need help
