Error message with Outlook 2007 - scanmal.dll

"Hello. I researched this before posting and an almost identical problem
occurred in 12/4/08 and I quoted post below. I am using XP professional and
have Offie 2007. Our university recently updated to McAfee 8.5 and after that
this problem began same as below. Only difference is I do not see add-in
manager after going to tools and following the post's suggestions. I went
into trust center but I am not sure what to look for.
My error message is exactly the same as this post:
When I open Outlook the following appears:
The Add in C:\program files\mcafee\msk\mskolplg.dll could not be loaded.
This problem may be resolved by using detect & repair on the Help menu."

Note: in my McAfee file I do not show a scanemal.dll file anywhere. Please
advise! Thank you.
Then when I press "OK" is shows:
The add in C:\Program Files\Network Associates\virusScan\scanemal.dll could
not be loaded. This problem may be resolved by using detect & repair on the
Help menu. I press "OK" and the Outlook works fine.

Try deleting the (usually hidden) file extend.dat in the XP folder
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook or the Vista
folder %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook
