outlook toolbar

Help! My Send / reply / reply all / forward toolbar has
vanished. Obviously this eliminates my ability to send e-
mails from Outlook. Any suggestions? FYI....I was in the
middle of a re-config of my e-mail with an ISP tech guy to
try to correct a POP server problem (couldn't connect).
Just prior to that issue my Norton Live Update ran.
Probably TMI but any help would be appreciated.
 
If you right click on Outlook where the toolbar was and select "Standard"
this should bring it back. If you are unable to do that, go to View ->
Toolbars and select "Standard" from the menu.
