Outlook Today

The "Customize Outlook Today..." option under Mailbox-
Outlook Today does not work. When the button is clicked,
nothing happens. All of the user's affected have Office
2000 SR1a. We tried this in Office XP and Office 2003 and
it works fine. Any idea why this option would not work in
Office 2000?
