Outlook Today Problem

I'm having a problem with Microsoft Outlook 2000 Pro. I'm
using it on my work computer and when I access Outlook
today and the to press the "Customize Outlook Today"
button, nothing happens. Can anyone tell me how to fix
that?

OL2000: You Cannot Customize Outlook Today After You Install Critical Update

You can edit the registry to make changes to Outlook Today.
