Program C:\Progra~\Micros~\Office\outlook.exe abnormal program termination MUST CLICK OKAY OR THE "X", OUTLOOK CLOSES. I CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITH OUTLOOK WHILE THAT BOX IS THERE. B BillR [MVP] Mar 8, 2005 #6 when you uninstalled did you also delete the Office directories. That is all I can suggest for now. someone else might have an idea.
