Outlook synchronized both OS in same PC

I have in my business PC installed in one HDD Windows XP Pro and another Vista Ultimate, my primary OS is XP Pro. But I’m easing little by little migrating to Vista as my primary OS.

The problem that I have is how to have synchronized in both OS in same PC that are running Outlook 2007, I need to have my emails, contacts and calendar updated no matter which OS I have to be working with at the moment.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You can open an additional pst-file by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
In Vista you can then open the pst-file from XP and vice versa.
