Outlook Synchronization

I'm running Windows XP. My wife logs in and uses Outlook
express. I log in separately and use Outlook 2002. We
only have 1 e-mail account for the computer. If she
accesses our account, she recieves the last few e-mails.
If I access our account, I recieve the last few e-mails.
How do I synchronize both e-mail programs so that we can
get all the e-mails all the time?

One solution would be to "leave a copy of messages on server"

The instructions should be the same for Outlook 2002.

Not an expert but I think this will work.

To store messages on an e-mail server:

Storing messages on a server is useful if you need to read e-mail from more
than one computer. When you log on to your account from a different
computer, Outlook Express downloads messages according to the options you
have set. You can store messages on a POP3 server. If you have HTTP e-mail,
or IMAP e-mail, your messages are always kept on the server.

1.. On the Tools menu, click Accounts.
2.. Click the e-mail account, and then click Properties.
3.. Click the Advanced tab, and then select Leave a copy of messages on
server.
