Outlook synchronised between two PC's on a LAN?

Hi there,

I have two PC's connect via a wireless LAN, bith running
XP Professional, both running Outlook 2003 and wonderd if
there was a way that I could have them synchronise with
each other so they both have the same contacts and
calendars?

Any help would be great.
