Outlook Suddenly asking for Domain Name and password

I have a similar incident, Windows 2003 Server Standard AD domain, with
Exchange 2003 Server, My user just changed their password as prompted from
the server 10 days ago, and today when they open Outlook 2000, it asks for
Username and Password. Is there an answer for this?

It turns out that the user changed the firewall configuration on his laptop,
therefore blocking the communication to the exchange server. Problem
resolved.
