Outlook SLow

Hi recently my Outlook has been very slow, and my keyboard input is also
very slow. When opening Outlook I get a message saying that a database file
didn't close properly, and a few minutes later, a further message saying
that its been fixed.

Anyone any ideas what's going on - thanks

See if the methods of resolution -- particulary deleting the *.dat files
