Outlook Signature Issue

Working with Outlook 2007 & 2003. I have scanned my handwritten signature an
inserted it into the email. The dimensions of the image had to be reduced
to keep in line with the text. I find that I must resize this image for each
email. Is there any way to make the image dimensions permanent? Guidance
sought

Modify your scanned picture in a photo editor to resize it. Save that images
and use that picture instead.
