Signature Assignment

I am working with Office Professional 2003. I have configured two IMAP email
accounts for two web-based email accounts. I have created signatures for
each account but I find that the signature for one account is the same for
the other. I have tried to switch one but it changes the signature for both
again. Guidance sought.

Click "Tools" --> "Options" --> "Mail Format"
In the "Signitures" section, select the account to which the signiture
applies.
Then select the second account and the new signiture for that one.

If both accounts are set with the same "Reply With This Account" account,
both replies will get the same signiture.
Each account must be set to reply with the same account that received the
mail.

Good luck.

Much thanks for the timely reply. The first part of your instructions were
done before this writing. Regretably, the situation has not changed. The
'reply with this account' is a setting I cannot find. Guidance is sought on
this part of the configuration.

If you want per-account signatures to switch automatically, you need to define a signature for each account and use Word as your email editor.

All:

I have created a signature using word as the editor for Account A. I
have done the same for account B. The two signatures can be seen in
'Signature' under the 'Format' tab. Each has been selected in the
corresponding account. The net result is that one signature appears in both
accounts.
