Outlook sends mail at 5:35 (good) but receives it at 4:35 (bad).

I have set the time on my computer manually and unchecked the "adjust for
daylight savings time" boxes on my system and in calendar preferences within
Outlook. I sent myself a test message or two and it seems my Outlook program
is keeping two different times within itself. My outgoing mail has the
correct time on it, but by incoming mail is running an hour behind.

Incoming mail tends to show "server" time, in other words, your ISP
likely did not patch yet for DST.

Speaking of which, if you've not pached yet, go search for TZEDIT.EXE.
It's an older program that will go in and change all necessary
registry entries for the right time. After you do the change, uncheck
the adustfor DST box if you haven't already and then re-check it and
you'll be up to speed again.
