Office 2003/Outlook send/receive

For some reason my Outlook send/receive has quit working. They are not
send/receive at start up or the interval time that is set. If I send an
e-mail it will go out but incoming e-mails are not coming in unless I
manually tell it two. It was working fine before. I did the fix & repair
this morning and that didn't fix it either.

Try deleting your send/receive group and create a fresh one here: Tools menu

Is Outlook set to work online?
Verify File-> Work Offline is deselected

Also, if you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.
