Outlook sending non existent mails

outlook is trying to send mails although there are none in outbox. I tried:
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/delete_rr.htm
but get error saying:
IMsgStore::AbbortSubmit() returned MAPI_E_UNABLE_TO ABORT

Also looked in:
http://www.howto-outlook.com
but i cannot find any reference to the same problem

Any help would be apreciated

It is probably sending confirmation replies that e-Mail senders have
requested and that you authorized.
