Outlook "Send Recieve" Button

The "send/Receive" button dissappeared from my toolbar. I have searched for
it in the toolbar menu, cutom toolbar buttons, etc.
I cannot prompt for my waiting emails. How doi I either locate the
send/receive button or prompt Outlook to download my emails?
 
Is that the only icon missing?

You can try going into View then clicking Toolbars then selecting Standard
