my send receive button is missing, how do i get it back.

My send receive button dissappeared yesterday from my outlook bar and i
restored the thing to saturday but still the button didnt return.
So when i am in my emails, looking around my inbox and want to send receive
i cant, even my send receive sttings have gone from tools.
Can anyone help ?
 
For what account configuration? Do you actually still have an account
configured?
