no send recieve button in outlook

Outlook 2003 send/recieve button disappeared. Tools/Options/Mail Setup/Email
Accounts showing proper setup and able to test account. Still no button on
toolbar. Any suggestions?

Right click on the toolbar, select customize, then reset your toolbar.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, gemrep asked:
