Outlook search and advanced search not working (tried rebuilding the index)

The outlook Instant Search and Advanced Search (when I press ctrl + shift + f) are not working. The Instant Search says it encountered an error and the Advanced Search just hangs when I run it.

What else can I do since I've already rebuilt the index? Can anyone help me?
